The task is to simply
take gly from day2 and run a
short MD run with thermostats.  They must set the
target temperature for the electrons from thea avrage value
they obtain in the
constant energy run from the day2 excercises.
The frequencies of the chains of thermostats come
from the fast vibrations of the nuclei and electrons.
in this example I throw out all the input files
for the test of time step and first 10 step of MD.

SInce the student does everything from scratch we give them nothing
but tell them to go do it.
