Child Care
The STC 2016 at RUB offers a childcare service to parents of small children during the following opening hours:

Childcare will be offered in a separate room in the central Mensa building which is very close to both the HZO and Audimax.
Important notes:
Childcare does not include food, which implies that the parents have to take care of all the food their children need. The children have to been picked up during the lunch breaks and for dinner during the poster sessions according to the opening hours given above.
If needed please bring diapers, spare clothes and perhaps favorite toys.
Please allow some extra time initially of at least 30 minutes to help your child/children to familiarize themselves with the new surroundings.
Parents interested in childcare are requested to complete the special Prokids registration form and to send it via e-mail to the Conference Office on stc2016@rub.de before June 30, 2016. Note that no “accompanying person” fee is required for child care.
In addition, the following information must be provided upon registration for that service:
- A mobile phone number where the parents can be securely reached during the entire conference
- Complete information concerning any non-standard needs/requests/habits
