Registration

General Information

Registration is now open and will be closed on June 30, 2016 sharp.

Important notes:

All participants, including the invited speakers and guests, must register but the invited speakers and guests are not required to pay the conference fee.

You will receive a refund of 50 % of your conference fee only for cancellations made before June 30, 2016, as received by the Conference Office.

Please transfer the full amount of the conference fee not later than 14 days after having received your invoice. Note that our invoice must be sent to you by regular post for legal reasons.

Payments will be refunded if the conference has to be cancelled by the organizer.

Conference Fee

The conference fee is 200 € for students (including registered PhD students), 250 € for all other participants without any exception but for the invited speakers and guests, and 150 € for each accompanying person (note that accompanying persons cannot participate in the scientific sessions).

The conference fee includes in addition to the right to participate in the scientific program:

Note that lunches are not included in the conference fee but are easily available on Campus preferentially at the central Mensa or in its Bistro (important: EUR cash only and no credit cards accepted), which are both located right next to the Audimax and thus close to the HZO building.

Our invited speakers and guests will receive lunch vouchers upon registration at the conference desk, and these can be redeemed only in the Mensa and are not refundable.

Registration

You may now download a Word or LaTeX abstract template to prepare the required single (DIN A4) page PDF file (not exceeding 1 MB) required for your abstract submission before accessing the registration engine.

Your registration as a participant is directly coupled to the submission of an abstract if you plan to contribute a poster or a short talk, which also includes information on the full names and e-mail addresses of all coauthors of your contribution. It will not be possible to register in a first step and to submit a contribution/abstract at a later stage!

Note that your electronic registration will be legally binding after submission of the electronic form and thus requires you to pay the full conference fee.
